This welding wire belongs to the ER50 series low alloy steel welding wire with tensile strength, and is used for welding black metals such as Q235 low carbon steel and Q345 low alloy structural steel. Use carbon dioxide gas CO2 welding, or argon+oxygen, argon+carbon dioxide gas, argon+oxygen+carbon dioxide gas for MAG welding.
Titanium metal belongs to non-ferrous metals, and TIG direct current tungsten inert gas welding is used when the workpiece is thin. Larger thickness can be welded using MIG melting electrode argon arc welding.
Titanium metal welding requires matching corresponding titanium alloy welding wire as welding filler according to the specific grade of the base material. Titanium metal is more reactive, argon gas is used as a protective gas, and the purity must be greater than 99.99%. The lag time must be greater than 10 seconds.
